From the moment you awaken in the morning until you fall asleep, you are thinking. The average person experiences between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day. That is a LOT of thinking. In fact, it’s so much thinking that it dawned on me, or I had the thought to spend some time on this phenomenon.
Just what are these things called thoughts and how do they fit into the big scheme of living our lives?
